Actually, no it’s not.

The first Avengers team consisted of Hank Pym, Janet van Dyne, Iron Man, Thor, and the Incredible Hulk.

Cap didn’t join the team until they found him frozen in the arctic (with a little “help” from Namor) and Hakweye didn’t join the team until the second generation, known as “Cap’s Kooky Quartet”, consisting of Captain America, Wanda and Pietro Maximoff and the aforementioned Hawkeye.

As for T’Challa, he didn’t join the Avengers until much later, though he did have a few guest appearances in other ongoing titles and his own mini-series before joining the team.
